Did you go through with the MSE? Was it helpful if so? Our symptoms are parallel in many regards, and I’ve reached a point in my life where I’ve realized, quality of life can be so much better than I experience.

I’m glad you found it helpful Ray. I did quite a bit of research into maxillary expansion options to treat my obstructive sleep apnea including MSE, but decided to go with the Vivos mRNA Appliance first because it’s less invasive and potentially also provides forwards expansion.
